The construction record

How this record is made

Our office is in Sector 117, under a kilometre from the site. Once a month we walk over and photograph whatever is there — the towers from a fixed spot on the road, the clubhouse, whichever floors are being finished, and the services going in. Every frame is dated and published here whether or not it flatters the project.

Floor counts are what site staff tell us on the day, not what we count off a photograph and not what the developer publishes. Where the two differ we say so.

We have a commercial interest in Highland Mayfield and this record exists partly because it is useful to us. It is also the only independent, dated photographic record of this project that we know of, and it is more use to you than a brochure. Judge it on that basis.

Want to see it in person? We are a few minutes away.
