The RERA possession date
Portals show both 2027 and 2030. The date in the RERA filing is the one the developer is bound by. We show you where it is.
Carpet area, not super area
One site says 2,867 sq ft, another 1,563 sq ft for the same 3 BHK. We take the carpet area from the RERA filing and price per carpet sq ft.
Tower count and height
Listings disagree on the number of towers. The sanctioned plan in the filing settles it, and tells you which tower your flat is in.

Portals put the airport about 15 km away and the Mohali railway station about 10 km. Private hospitals and established schools in Sectors 69–71 are a short drive.
