The filing proposes completion on 1 November 2029. Plan around that date, not around a brochure.
Unit count
Launch press says 172 homes in two towers; the RERA record we saw lists 86 apartments. We confirm which tower and how many homes your purchase sits in.
Phase 2 handover
Phase 2 is in finishing and handover. How smoothly that goes is the best preview of Phase 3.
Carpet price
At ₹3.15 Cr and 2,108 sq ft carpet, compare per carpet sq ft, not per super sq ft, against other Sector 88 launches.
